Competitive Pricing & Convenience: Stocking a wide range of products from many different manufacturers allows us to provide our customers with a definite pricing advantage and freight cost savings. It is our policy to offer “combination” pricing for all products shipped from our stocking location. Customers are encouraged to order products from multiple manufacturers through us to take advantage of this policy. We work closely with our vendors to monitor competitive situations and provide our customers with contract pricing as necessary to maintain and grow our business.
Centralized RDP Certified Warehousing: AMWARE Logistics Services, Inc., in Atlanta, Georgia, provides us with a centralized warehouse capable of making “next-day” delivery to most points in the Southeast. AMWARE is able to provide our customers with special requirements such as bar-code labeling, restacking of pallets to customer specifications and expedited delivery service as required.
Technical Sales Support: Many questions are answered directly by Sales or Inside Sales personnel. A well-stocked library containing product literature including technical data sheets and material safety data sheets enable us to provide information promptly to our customers. Samples are quickly processed, tracked from time of order placement until receipt and customers are contacted to evaluate sample performance. If answers are needed directly from the manufacturer regarding formulating or manufacturing, we act as a conduit between the principal and the customer. As necessary, we arrange for our customers to meet with technical and sales contacts from our principals in order to jointly develop marketing strategies and to pursue new product development and processes to assist our accounts. Our equipment and raw material Sales forces work together to assist customers with manufacturing issues and to identify all sales potential.
Customer Support: All departments receive ongoing product training and departmental cross training to facilitate communication regarding customer support. While all members of Inside Sales can assist a customer, those customers requiring a single contact are accommodated. Customers’ special requirements are documented and updated on a regular basis; accordingly, these requirements are communicated to our warehouse and vendors. We understand that flexibility and communication are instrumental in keeping a customer well satisfied.
